Administration Officer – Job Vacancy

A part-time job vacancy has become available for an Administration Officer at Warwick Town Council. The role includes day to day support for the Finance & Communications Officer.

This is a new position with varied roles & responsibilities.

To Whom the Post Holder Is Responsible: Finance and Communication Officer

Role Summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Day to day support for the Finance and Communications Officer

Inputting receipts and payments on to the accounts software package, currently Edge IT

Support the administration of Warwick in Bloom with sales of hanging baskets, the competition and awards evening. Raising invoices and credit control

Christmas lights support with business sponsors to ensure monies are paid and appropriate marketing package is offered

Social media updates for multiple platforms and accounts

Maintain the Warwick Town Council website with current information including but not limited to the updating of the Mayor’s diary alongside sharing this with relevant stakeholders.
